One of our private clients, an established Family Office based in Central London is seeking an experienced and highly professional Private PA to join their team within a dynamic Family Office environment.
This is a unique opportunity for a highly organised and discreet professional who has transitioned from a corporate office environment into a senior Private PA role, bringing the structure, professionalism, and pace of the corporate world into a private setting.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day private affairs of the Principal, ensuring every aspect of their personal and household life runs seamlessly. The successful candidate will be proactive, polished, and capable of operating with the highest levels of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Complex diary and schedule management for the Principal and family
- Extensive global travel coordination (private and commercial), including detailed itineraries
- Liaising with household staff, property managers, and external service providers
- Managing personal projects, events, and family engagements
- Overseeing multiple properties and ensuring smooth operations across residences
- Handling confidential correspondence and personal administration
- Acting as a gatekeeper and trusted right hand to the Principal
- Supporting lifestyle management including reservations, logistics, and ad hoc requests
- Extensive experience as a Private PA within a UHNW or family office environment
- Prior experience working within a corporate office environment (e.g. corporate EA/PA background)
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
