Private P.A. – SW London (Private Household)
Location: SW London – based within the family home
Salary: Circa £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience + discretionary annual bonus
One of our private clients is seeking an experienced Private P.A. to work from their family home in SW London.
This is a purely private role, so all applicants must have extensive Private P.A. experience at UHNW level. Candidates from a purely corporate background will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Household & Lifestyle Management
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of a busy family home.
- Manage household supplies, wardrobes and inventories.
- Coordinate household staff schedules and liaise with domestic team members.
- Arrange maintenance, repairs, and liaise with external service providers and contractors.
- Organise family and social events, private dinners, and celebrations.
- Handle personal shopping, gift sourcing, and special purchases.
Diary, Travel & Logistics
- Manage complex and ever-changing diaries for multiple family members.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and personal engagements.
- Research, plan, and book luxury travel arrangements, ensuring seamless logistics and itineraries.
- Coordinate all aspects of travel, from flights and transfers to accommodation and dining reservations.
Administration & Finance
- Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and filing systems with efficiency and discretion.
- Oversee household budgets, expense reports, and payments.
- Liaise with accountants, agents, and professional advisers as required.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive documentation at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience supporting an UHNW family, within a private household or family office environment. This is essential and non-negotiable.
- Impeccable standards of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Confident using MS Office and Google Suite; comfortable with technology and household systems.
- Flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to adapt to the family’s schedule when required.
