Private Chef

 UHNW, fully staffed private household requires very experienced Private Chef to join their team.

\\n\\n

Working with another chef on a rota basis, you will be working five days per week, including some weekends.  Working hours will be either 08:00 - 16:00 or 14:00-19:00.  Twice a week the shift will be 09:00-21:00, when the other chef is off duty.

\\n\\n

All chef duties, including menu planning, stock checks, placing food orders and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy.

\\n\\n

The cuisine is mostly Mediterranean and Eastern European, with occasional Asian cuisine too.  Fresh, light meals with good ingredients and excellent presentation.  

\\n\\n

Applicants must be highly experienced chefs, used to working in UHNW private household setting. Michelin starred restaurant background preferred but not essential.
