Location: Working from state-of-the-art new offices in Central London three/four days per week, one day per week in Oxfordshire, and (some) Fridays working from home.

Our client is an international contemporary real estate firm. The company is modern and exciting, and developing fast. They operate out of brand-new, state-of-the-art offices in Central London, and have a strong, collaborative team culture.

Our client is recruiting an Assistant to work in the CEO's office. This is an excellent opportunity for a bright, ambitious graduate seeking their second role and looking to develop their career within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside another Assistant at a similar level to yourself, and reporting to a Senior PA as well as the CEO.
  • You will be assisting the Senior PA and the CEO in predominantly personal/private duties. The other Assistant will focus more on business duties.
  • Manage diaries, schedules, and travel arrangements.
  • Run personal errands as required.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and projects.
  • Maintain confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Travel to the Principal's home in Oxfordshire approximately one day per week (a driving licence is essential for this role. A car can be provided if you do not have your own).

Requirements:

  • Must be a confident driver
  • Prior experience in an administrative, PA, or coordination role (ideal for a graduate looking for their second job). Preferable experience working as a Private Assistant for an UHNWI.
  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
