Our client is recruiting an Assistant to work in the CEO's office. This is an excellent opportunity for a bright, ambitious graduate seeking their second role and looking to develop their career within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working alongside another Assistant at a similar level to yourself, and reporting to a Senior PA as well as the CEO.
- You will be assisting the Senior PA and the CEO in predominantly personal/private duties. The other Assistant will focus more on business duties.
- Manage diaries, schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Run personal errands as required.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and projects.
- Maintain confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Travel to the Principal's home in Oxfordshire approximately one day per week (a driving licence is essential for this role. A car can be provided if you do not have your own).
Requirements:
- Must be a confident driver
- Prior experience in an administrative, PA, or coordination role (ideal for a graduate looking for their second job). Preferable experience working as a Private Assistant for an UHNWI.
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
