One of our private clients, a family with homes in Central London and Italy, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Part-Time Private PA who speaks fluent Italian, to support the smooth running of the family’s London and Italian properties, as well as assisting with general administrative and lifestyle tasks.

The position requires approximately 20 hours per week, with around 5 hours spent working in the family’s Central London residence once a week. The remaining hours can be worked remotely with flexible scheduling. Occasional travel to Italy (once or twice per year) may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing administrative matters related to the family’s London and Italian properties
  • Liaising with Italian agents, contractors, and service providers
  • Navigating Italian bureaucracy and property-related documentation
  • Managing household utilities, bills, and service contracts
  • Performing basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
  • Coordinating maintenance, suppliers, and property-related logistics
  • Running errands and sourcing gifts
  • Acting as a reliable point of contact for property and household matters

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian (spoken and written) – essential
  • Strong understanding of Italian property processes and bureaucracy
  • Previous experience as a Private PA, Family Assistant, or Property PA
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Highly proactive, discreet, and detail-oriented
  • Strong IT skills (including spreadsheets, documents, and digital communication tools)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote role
  • Based within reasonable distance of Central London
