Warwickshire-based corporate communications agency requires an experienced PA to assist the Founder.
This is a part-time role, working approximately 20 hours per week (ideally 5 mornings), including two days in the office (ideally Tuesdays and Thursdays) and the rest of the time working from home.
Duties include:
- All PA/EA duties (diaries, communications, travel etc)
- Assisting in the organisation of conferences and events
- Light office management duties (ordering supplies, management of IT/telecoms/tech etc)
- Ad-hoc assistant-based duties for the larger team
Requirements:
- Extensive PA/EA experience at a senior level
- First class communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be exceptionally well-organised and level-headed
- Strong attention to detail and a willing, βcan-doβ attitude
