One of our private clients is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support a Chairman and senior leadership team within a busy and fast-paced Chairman’s Office in central Oxford. This is a pivotal role for a polished, proactive EA who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys operating at the most senior level. You will act as a key coordination point for the Chairman’s professional commitments while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
The Role
- Extensive and complex diary management, coordinating across multiple stakeholders and frequently changing priorities
- Acting as the central coordination point for the Chairman’s schedule and administrative matters
- Coordinating meeting logistics, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and follow-up actions
- Providing high-level administrative support to the Chairman, Chief of Staff, and senior team
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Chairman’s Office
- Managing correspondence, documents, and records
- Handling financial administration, including expenses, invoices, payments, and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with budget tracking and expense management
The Candidate
- Significant experience supporting a Chairman, CEO, or senior executive in an Executive Assistant capacity
- Experience working for UHNWIs and/or Family Office experience preferred
- Outstanding organisation and diary management skills
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly professional, discreet, and detail-oriented
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership
