One of our private clients, an established Family Office based in Central London is seeking an experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant to join their team within a dynamic Family Office environment.
The Role
- Coordinating complex schedules across multiple time zones
- Managing diaries and all meeting logistics
- Preparing presentations, reports, and documentation
- Personal/Private PA duties when required
- Acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders and external clients
- Providing holiday and absence cover for other PAs
- Assisting with foundation-related administration when needed
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience (2-5 years) as an Executive Assistant or PA at senior level
- Ideally from a Family Office/UHNW environment
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident working with stakeholders at all levels, including UHNWIs
- Strong diary management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
