One of our private clients requires an experienced and capable House Manager/Family PA/Mother's Help to join a busy, active family household in London. This is a varied and rewarding role, with a target start date of mid-August.
The position is supporting a busy mum and three teenage children. Your time will be broadly split between household management, light housekeeping, home cooking, running errands, school runs and general family support. The successful candidate will take ownership of a large five-storey property, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis. As the family travels frequently and at short notice, flexibility and reliability are essential (you will not usually be required to travel with the family).
Key Responsibilities
- Organising and maintaining a large family home to a high standard
- Managing laundry, household systems, grocery shopping, and general upkeep (there will be an additional housekeeper to assist with the cleaning)
- Light cooking for the teens
- Driving the children to school, activities and appointments as required
- Maintaining household routines and providing support to three teenage children
The Children
The family has three teenagers who are largely independent. This is not a traditional nanny role; rather, the successful candidate will provide a steady, supportive presence and practical assistance when needed.

Accommodation

Working hours
