One of our private clients requires a Family Office & Concierge Assistant to join their private family office in North London.
This would suit a recent graduate looking for their first role within a private Family Office.
The position is largely runner-based, with significant support provided on the concierge side.
This is a role for someone thoughtful, grounded, and solutions-focused, who brings a calm, capable energy to their work and is motivated by a genuine desire to support others meaningfully.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and tasks may shift based on evolving needs, but the core functions of this position include:
- Family Office Support
- Assist with shopping, sourcing items, and purchasing household and office supplies.
- Collect and deliver documents, parcels, purchases, and other items between residences, offices, suppliers, and external locations.
- Assist with vehicle maintenance, including servicing, MOTs, charging, and cleaning.
- Support the setup and close-down of office spaces.
- Manage cat care needs such as vet visits, grooming, and supplies, including occasional weekend check-ins when the Principals are travelling.
- Undertake ad hoc research projects for the Principals, covering travel, events, and similar.
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the Family Office by responding promptly to changing priorities.
- Guest Experience & Concierge Support
- Assist the Food & Beverage team with guest grocery needs and meal preferences.
- Coordinate with the cleaning team to prepare properties for guest arrivals and breakdown after departures.
- Assist with meet and greet services where required, including occasional weekends.
- Assist with guest needs and proactively provide solutions.
- Report any property-related issues arising before or during guest stays.
- Prepare and reset meeting rooms, hospitality areas, and guest spaces to a high standard of presentation.
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and guest information, liaising with international teams for continuity.
- Property Support
- Receive and manage deliveries across sites.
- Support inventory checks including pantry items, linens, and hospitality supplies, keeping up-to-date records for each property.
- Run errands and source items, often to tight turnarounds.
- Research local services and vendors as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Family Office, private household, hospitality, concierge, or similar environment is advantageous.
- Undergraduate degree required.
- Highly detail-oriented and uncompromising on care and quality.
