One of our private clients requires an experienced and highly organised Travelling Assistant to support three teenage children, providing dedicated administrative and organisational support and assisting with travel arrangements during school holidays.
This position would suit a proactive, discreet and flexible candidate with previous experience supporting UHNW families in a private household setting.
Key Responsibilities- Providing comprehensive administrative support for the children
- Managing school-related administration, including schedules, activities, tutors and correspondence
- Coordinating calendars, extracurricular activities and social commitments
- Liaising with schools, tutors, household staff and external providers
- Assisting with travel planning and logistics for family holidays
- Accompanying the children on travel during school holidays
- Organising documents, itineraries and packing lists for trips
- Acting as a reliable point of contact for the children's day-to-day needs
- This is an ongoing temp position
- Term Time: Approximately 24 hours per week, across three weekdays (1:30pm - 9:30pm), primarily supporting the 13-year-old
- School Holidays: Extensive international travel (approx. 20 weeks per year) with the family
- Additional: Occasional overnight stays in London when required
- Previous experience as a Family Assistant, or Private PA within a private household or UHNW environment
- Positive, upbeat and engaging personality.
- Naturally good with teenagers and able to build trust and rapport
- Highly organised with strong administrative skills
- Discreet, reliable and professional
- Flexible and comfortable working within a UHNW private household
