\\nOne of our clients is seeking a highly organised and proactive Junior PA to support a Director across a combination of business and private duties. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong administrative skills to further develop their career in a fast-paced environment.

\\nKey Responsibilities:

\\n\\n

\\n\\t
• Extensive and complex diary management

\\n\\t

• Scheduling meetings and appointments across multiple time zones

\\n\\t

• Drafting and responding to correspondence, including emails, letters and memos.

\\n\\t

• Booking travel and accommodation, and processing travel expenses

\\n\\t

• Taking accurate minutes during meetings and circulating them promptly

\\n\\t

• Liaising professionally with a wide range of internal and external individuals

\\n

\\n\\n

 
\\nRequirements:

\\n\\n

\\n\\t
• 1-2 years' experience as a PA in a fast-paced corporate environment

\\n\\t

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken

\\n\\t

• Flawless English, with strong grammar and the ability to produce high-standard written work

\\n\\t

• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities

\\n\\t

• High level of IT proficiency

\\n\\t

• Ability to work efficiently, multitask, and adapt quickly to changing priorities

\\n\\t

• Professional, confident manner when dealing with individuals at all levels
