Family Personal Assistant
Location: North London (based at the family residence)
Salary:c. £80,000, depending on experience + discretionary annual bonus
One of our private clients requires an experienced and highly organised Family Personal Assistant to support the family at their North London residence. You will also spend 1-2 days a week at their country residence in Buckinghamshire, as well as approximately one day a week in the Family Office in Central London.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced, and highly trusted role, requiring the utmost discretion, professionalism and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
Diary, Travel & Logistics

Manage complex and changing diaries for family members.

Arrange appointments, social events, meetings, reservations, and children\’s diaries

Plan and book luxury travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transport and activities
Household & Lifestyle Management

Oversee day-to-day running of the household, ensuring smooth operations across all aspects of family life.

Manage household inventories

Coordinate maintenance schedules, service providers and contractors.

Manage household staff schedules and liaise with domestic team members.

Arrange family and social events, dinners, and celebrations.

Personal shopping and gifting
Administration & Finance

Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and filing systems.

Prepare and track household budgets and expense reports.

Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
Requirements
-
Extensive experience (at least five yeasrs) supporting an ultra-high-net-worth family or family office, ideally within a private household environment.

Impeccable discretion, judgment, and professionalism.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.

Tech-savvy with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Willingness to work flexibly, including outside standard hours when required.
