One of our private clients is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join a small team of five. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership across both Executive Assistant/Office Management responsibilities (50%) and Private PA support (50%). The team operates from a modern serviced office space, where collaboration and energy are very much part of the culture. It’s a great environment for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy office and helping everything run smoothly.
The Role
This is a varied and hands-on position combining EA/Office Manager and Private PA duties, supporting senior leadership while ensuring the office operates efficiently and professionally. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-level EA support including complex diary and inbox management
- Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements and itineraries
- Preparing documents, presentations and correspondence
- Acting as a key liaison point for internal and external stakeholders
- Managing the day-to-day running of the office and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Liaising with the serviced office provider and external suppliers
- Overseeing office systems, supplies and facilities
- Supporting the team with administrative processes and coordination
Private PA support
- Assisting with personal administration and scheduling
- Managing ad-hoc personal tasks as required
The Candidate
Candidates must have prior experience in a similar role and be confident working in a small team where flexibility and initiative are key. The ideal candidate will be:
