One of our clients, an UHNW family in central London is seeking a Rota Nanny to join their fully staffed household. This is a live-out, full-time position working in partnership with another nanny to ensure seamless, seven-day cover. The role also includes travel throughout the year during family holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide the highest standard of care, safety, and wellbeing for the children at all times.
• Prepare daily school items and ensure all supplies, clothing, and equipment are organised in advance.
• Assist with planning trips, activities and family travel logistics.
• Oversee packing and unpacking for the children.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the children\’s areas (light housekeeping only).
• Work collaboratively within a fully staffed household.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a nanny within an ultra-high-net-worth, fully staffed household — essential and non-negotiable.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to integrate smoothly into a professional household team.
• Fluent spoken English and strong written English.
• Immaculate presentation and a professional, discreet manner.
• Non-smoker.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules; comfortable with late finishes (8–9pm).
• Willing and happy to travel.
• Must hold a UK or EU passport and have the right to work in the UK.
• Comfortable working around pets.

Schedule & Salary

Live-out rota position, working five days per week (rotas vary).

Salary: circa £60,000, depending on experience.
