Central Oxford | Office-based, 5 days per week

One of our private clients is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support a Chairman and senior leadership team within a busy and fast-paced Chairman’s Office in central Oxford.

This is a pivotal role for a polished, proactive EA who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys operating at the most senior level. You will act as a key coordination point for the Chairman’s professional commitments while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

The Role

  • Extensive and complex diary management, coordinating across multiple stakeholders and frequently changing priorities
  • Acting as the central coordination point for the Chairman’s schedule and administrative matters
  • Coordinating meeting logistics, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and follow-up actions
  • Providing high-level administrative support to the Chairman, Chief of Staff, and senior team
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Chairman’s Office
  • Managing correspondence, documents, and records
  • Handling financial administration, including expenses, invoices, payments, and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with budget tracking and expense management

The Candidate

  • Significant experience supporting a Chairman, CEO, or senior executive in an Executive Assistant capacity
  • Experience working for UHNWIs and/or Family Office experience preferred
  • Outstanding organisation and diary management skills
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly professional, discreet, and detail-oriented
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership
