Our client is recruiting an Assistant to work in the CEO's office. This is an excellent opportunity for a bright, ambitious graduate seeking their second role and looking to develop their career within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working alongside another Assistant at a similar level, you will be reporting to the Senior PA and the CEO. The other Assistant will focus more on personal/private duties, whereas this role will be more centred around business/corporate duties.
- Provide comprehensive support to the Senior PA, CEO and wider team
- Manage diaries, schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Run errands as required.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and projects.
- Maintain confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all areas of support.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative, PA, or coordination role (ideal for a graduate looking for their second job).
