One of our private clients - an UHNW family based in SW London - is seeking an experienced and highly organised Private PA / EA to support the principals and oversee the smooth running of their private household. This is a key role for a polished, discreet and proactive individual who is comfortable managing a busy family environment while providing high-level private PA support. The successful candidate will act as a central point of organisation for the principals' personal and family affairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing private PA and EA support to the principals
- Diary and lifestyle management
- Organising complex, high-end international travel and itineraries
- Planning and coordinating family holidays and personal engagements
- Overseeing household administration and coordinating household staff
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors and external service providers
- Supporting with property-related projects and logistics
- Acting as a key point of contact to ensure the household runs efficiently
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, discreet and proactive professional with extensive previous experience supporting HNW/UHNW individuals in a private household or family office environment. You will be confident managing multiple priorities, have excellent attention to detail, and demonstrate strong judgement and discretion.
