Junior PA/Runner, Private Household
West London
Salary: c. £40,000 DOE
One of our private clients requires an organised, proactive Junior PA/Runner to join a large, fully staffed private household and family office in West London.
The Role
Working alongside and in support of two senior Executive Assistants, the successful candidate will provide hands-on assistance to an ultra-high-net-worth family. This is a varied, active position combining errands and sourcing with administrative support, and it will include responsibility for the family's equestrian-related projects. The team works a shared rota covering seven days a week, so flexibility for some weekend work and occasional evenings will be important.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the senior Executive Assistants with day-to-day administration and coordination
- Running errands and collecting and delivering items to tight turnarounds
- Sourcing and purchasing gifts to a high standard
- Coordinating equestrian activities, including liaison with stables and trainers, horse transport and competition logistics
- Covering weekend work as part of the team rota
- Liaising with the wider household team as required
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience within a UHNW private household or family office preferred; yachting backgrounds also welcomed
- Experience coordinating equestrian activities, stables, trainers, horse transport or competition logistics particularly advantageous
- Proactive, energetic and happy to turn their hand to whatever is required
- Highly discreet, with a clear understanding of confidentiality in a private environment
- A reliable team player who communicates clearly
- Full UK driving licence required
Hours & Location
Shared team rota covering seven days a week, including some weekend work and occasional evenings.
Based at a private household and family office in West London.
