The Role
- Elite calendar and scheduling management across multiple time zones, with complex international coordination
- Preparation and organisation of board papers, executive meetings, and strategic engagements

The Candidate
- Demonstrable experience supporting UHNW principals at Chairman level
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook proficiency β this is essential and will be tested
- Background in UHNW environments, private banking or family offices, coupled with senior corporate settings
- Impeccable judgement, discretion, and anticipation skills
- Mature, composed, and comfortable with hierarchy and formality
