One of our private clients requires an accomplished and discreet Private Office Chief of Staff to lead operations within a Private Family Office based in Central London. This pivotal position will act as the central point of coordination across all areas of the family office — overseeing operations, managing key projects, establishing a charitable foundation, and supporting the Principal's personal and philanthropic ventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the family office, ensuring seamless efficiency and discretion at all times.
- Lead the development and launch of a family foundation and associated philanthropic initiatives.
- Manage and mentor office and household staff; oversee recruitment, HR processes, and professional development.
- Act as trusted liaison between the Principal, advisors, and external partners.
- Drive strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the Principal's wider vision.
- Oversee financial administration, budgeting, and supplier management.
- Provide high-level support on personal and private matters, including project coordination, travel, and lifestyle management.
- Introduce and maintain effective systems and digital tools to enhance operations across all areas of the office.
Candidate Profile
- Substantial experience as a Private Family Office Chief of Staff or Head of Operations, with a Private Office or Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) background.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with poise and professionalism.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
