The Gelato Production Manager role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers across the UK and Ireland, as well as at the renowned Antonelli Gelato Academy based at our head office in Manchester. To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will either live within or be willing to relocate to a commutable distance from Irlam, Manchester.
It would be highly advantageous if you have experience in the commercial, technical, and practical aspects of ice cream or gelato production, alongside a genuine passion for the industry and a willingness to learn. This is a highly specialist role within a unique sector, so full training and ongoing support will be provided by Antonelli, a recognised leader within the ice cream supply industry.
The successful candidate will gain extensive knowledge, hands‑on experience, and access to industry‑leading resources, with the opportunity to become one of the UK’s most respected gelato specialists. You will become part of a nationwide team dedicated to supporting ice cream and gelato businesses across the country.
