  • Omnichannel Solution Expertise: Serve as the expert on unified commerce. Consult with merchants operating both online and offline (e.g., retail, hospitality) to tailor solutions that integrate payment systems, enhance customer experience, and streamline operations.
  • Partner Liaison for Lead Generation: Work collaboratively with our Partner team to understand the value proposition for key Platforms/ISVs/ISOs, effectively follow up on their referred leads, and ensure a seamless handover and sales process that strengthens the partner relationship.
  • Deal Execution & Closing: Excel in structuring compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, and overcoming objections to secure new business with UK merchants. Focus on achieving and exceeding quarterly sales targets.
  • Organizational Collaboration: Actively communicate and collaborate with internal teams, including partner management, marketing, and product, to drive business objectives and support client implementations.
  • Local Market Authority: Maintain authoritative knowledge of the UK domestic payments landscape, consumer trends, and competitor activity to build credibility, inform strategy, and ensure all communications are market-relevant.

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of the UK retail/omnichannel market and the operational challenges of merchants with both physical and digital sales channels.
  • Experience with ISV/ISO partner ecosystems is highly valuable; ability to effectively convert partner-sourced leads is essential.
