The aim of this position is to be responsible for the maintenance and repairs to mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment across the Redditch facility on a 3 shift rotation - days, afternoons and nights.
Responsibilities:- Ensure that the standards of the Maintenance Department are sustained
- Ensure that all TPM's and PM's are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
- All plant and associated equipment are kept clean, tidy and in a serviceable state
- All daily service checks are completed as per schedule i.e. compressor and chiller checks
- Update the maintenance database with all work carried out
- Completion of Company documentation in its entirety and in a timely manner
- To be available for overtime as and when required
- Ensure that Health & Safety requirements are met and adhered to
- Comply with the Spares tracking process
- Continuous Improvement projects
- Stand in for other members of the team where required
- Remain flexible to changing operational requirements
- Experience with Robots
- Experience of working in a fast-moving environment
- Strong Electrical and Mechanical (hydraulics) knowledge
- Resourceful and self-motivated
- Able to manage multiple deliverables within a high pressure environment
