Weekly Shift Pattern - Monday to Friday 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm

Your Mission: Ensures the optimal maintenance of factory equipment by performing electrical, mechanical maintenance and repair work in compliance with technical and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure optimal maintenance of all equipment inside the factory, in terms of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical aspects.
  • Has knowledge of the operation of equipment, tools, devices, and testing instruments used.
  • Performs routine maintenance work according to the specific prescriptions for each machine.
  • Adjusts mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic mechanisms to meet the specified functional parameters.
  • Prepares technical inspection reports and reports operations to the hierarchical supervisor.
  • Replaces the defective component with the appropriate spare part, verifying the correctness of the assembly using suitable tools.
  • Monitors the proper operation of the compressor room.
  • Monitors the operating condition of pumps and chillers (maintenance and repair); checks the accuracy of joints using appropriate tools, performs dimensional inspections, and makes final adjustments.
  • Responsible for the parameters and technical standards for performing maintenance and repair work, the types and functional parameters of machinery, the types of work, and the raw materials and basic materials used.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in maintenance, engineering, manufacturing, or a similar technical environment.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills with the ability to identify issues quickly and safely.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
  • A proactive approach to preventative maintenance and continuous improvement.
  • Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with production and engineering teams.
  • Flexibility to work shifts or respond to breakdowns as needed.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in engineering, maintenance, or a related field (advantageous).
