We are seeking a Store Supervisor (full‑time) to join our Retail team at our new Regent Street flagship store. You are not just selling luggage and bags; you are the custodian of the Antler brand story and the architect of an exceptional customer experience. You will be the first point of connection, sharing our rich heritage, educating customers on our thoughtfully designed products, and delivering a premium, seamless service that reflects the quality of Antler itself. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a flagship opening and help shape how customers experience Antler on the high street.

To support the needs of our global brand and customers, candidates must be available to work flexibly, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Supervising and executing all daily tasks, including managing stock, re‑stocking shelves, and opening and closing the store.
  • Representing Antler: Always delivering a warm, knowledgeable, and premium customer experience that matches Antler’s brand standards.
  • Helping Customers: Getting to know our customers and helping them choose the perfect luggage, bags and accessories for their trips.
  • Product Expertise: Learning everything about Antler’s products—the materials, features, and care—so you can confidently answer questions.
  • Achieving Sales Goals: Working as part of a team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Keeping it Looking Great: Making sure the store always looks beautiful, tidy, and organized according to brand guidelines.
  • Events: Helping out with in‑store events, product launches, and special brand moments.
  • Teamwork: Being a positive, collaborative, and reliable member of the store team. Coaching and leading brand ambassadors in the store.

Requirements

  • Great Communicator: You are confident and friendly when talking to people, with a genuine love for customer service.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or any customer‑facing role.
  • Reliable and Quick: You are reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy, fast‑moving environment.
