About Noxus:

Noxus is building the process intelligence layer for the age of AI labour. We help regulated enterprises redesign and run complex operations with AI workers. These workers read inbound requests, understand documents, gather evidence across systems, apply policies, request approvals when needed, and write outcomes back into core operational tools with full traceability. We are built for legacy-heavy environments where critical work runs across various platforms and bespoke internal software.

The role:

We are hiring a Product Marketer to own how Noxus is understood by buyers, sellers, partners, and the market. You will translate a complex platform into clear buyer narratives, use-case messaging, sales materials, launches, competitive positioning, and customer proof. You will work across Product, Sales, Customer, Partnerships, Growth, and the founders.

What you will do:

  • Own positioning and messaging across categories, verticals, personas, and use cases.
  • Translate the platform into clear buyer-facing narratives for COOs, CIOs, Heads of Operations, Heads of Transformation, and AI Operations leaders.
  • Build sales enablement assets including first-meeting narratives, one-pagers, pitch deck sections, battlecards, objection handling, ROI narratives, and procurement/security support materials.
  • Package priority use cases across customer operations, document-heavy workflows, regulated processes, and legacy-system execution.
  • Build vertical messaging for financial services and other regulated enterprise segments.
  • Develop competitive positioning against process mining, RPA, workflow tools, agent builders, CX automation, BPOs, and internal build approaches.
  • Own launch messaging for product capabilities, customer stories, partner announcements, and new use cases.
  • Turn customer deployments into credible proof: case studies, reference narratives, before-and-after stories, and executive-ready outcomes.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing on campaign themes, landing page copy, event narratives, and ABM messaging.
  • Partner with Product to bring market insight back into roadmap, packaging, and prioritisation.

What we are looking for:

  • 2–5 years in product marketing, solutions marketing, strategic marketing, or enterprise GTM.
  • Experience with complex B2B products, ideally in AI, automation, data, enterprise software, infrastructure, fintech, or regulated industries.
  • Exceptional writing and messaging skills.
  • Ability to simplify technical and operational complexity without losing precision.
  • Strong commercial understanding: you know what Sales needs to open, shape, and progress enterprise deals.
  • Experience creating buyer-facing assets that are actually used by Sales.
  • Strong sense of category, narrative, differentiation, and competitive strategy.
  • Comfortable interviewing customers, working with Product, joining sales calls, and turning messy insight into crisp messaging.
  • Good taste in enterprise communication: clear, credible, specific, and not overhyped.

Why join Noxus:

  • Own the narrative for a new category of enterprise AI.
  • Work on a product already running real operations in production.
  • Partner directly with founders, Product, Sales, Growth, and Partnerships.
  • Build the messaging foundation that future GTM will compound from.
  • Help regulated enterprises understand how AI labour moves from experiment to execution.
  • High ownership, high visibility, and meaningful equity upside.
  • Office-first role in London or Lisbon.
