We’re looking for an Outbound Specialist to own and scale our outbound lead generation engine across email and LinkedIn. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our outbound pipeline never runs dry by continuously sourcing high-quality prospects, building and optimizing outbound campaigns, testing messaging, and improving conversion rates. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys both the technical side of outbound operations and the creative side of crafting messaging that gets replies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a consistent flow of qualified leads into the pipeline
  • Ensure outbound campaigns are continuously running and optimized
  • Monitor lead volume and quality, balancing scale without sacrificing relevance
  • Identify new prospecting opportunities and target segments

Email Outbound

  • Own our email outbound infrastructure and campaigns (currently Instantly)
  • Create, launch, monitor, and optimize outbound sequences
  • Run A/B tests on copy, offers, subject lines, and campaign structures
  • Monitor deliverability and inbox placement
  • Optimize reply rates, positive response rates, and meeting conversion rates

LinkedIn Outbound

  • Own our LinkedIn outbound engine (currently HeyReach)
  • Build and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Test different connection request and follow‑up sequences
  • Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics
  • Identify new approaches to increase positive responses
