AI is rewriting how software gets built.
But shipping still breaks on testing.
Engineering leaders are desperate to release faster without dropping quality, and they can't get there with manual QA or brittle test automation.
Here’s the bigger shift: as AI writes more of the code, the bottleneck moves from generating software to trusting it.
Nobody owns that trust layer yet.
Duku is building it, autonomous agents that simulate real users, catch critical failures before production, and self‑heal as the product evolves.
Backed by experienced operators and investors, we’re building what we believe will become a core layer of the modern software stack.
We’re looking for an exceptional Account Executive to help define the category.
Not someone to inherit a playbook.
Someone to build one.
- What you’ll do
- Build pipeline, for real: You’ll source leads, sharpen who we should be talking to, and run outreach that actually gets replies.
You won’t be closing CTO deals solo on day one, but you’ll be the reason those conversations start.
- Learn the buyer cold: Our customers are engineering leaders who can smell a generic pitch instantly.
You’ll learn how they think, what keeps them up at night, and how to connect what we build to what they actually care about, shipping faster, fewer incidents, getting more out of their engineers.
- Sit where the action is: You’ll be on founder and customer calls from week one, listening, taking notes that matter, and feeding what you hear back to the team.
Customer data beats opinions, and you’ll be a source of it.
- Run experiments, not errands: Guerrilla stunts, cold campaigns, weird ideas, you’ll test ways to get Duku in front of people and double down on what works.
If it’s creative and it drives pipeline, do it.
- Automate your own job: You’ll build AI workflows to handle the boring parts faster, so you and the team can do 10x more.
The best GTM interns leave behind systems, not just spreadsheets.
- What We’re Looking For
- You outperform because you combine intelligence, composure, hunger, and clarity of thought.
- High agency: You operate like an owner. You don’t wait for instructions; you create opportunity.
- Sharp communicator: You can cut complexity down to a sentence. You speak with confidence and insight.
- Relentlessly curious: You want to understand product, not just pitch it. You’re energised by unpacking problems and building conviction.
- Commercial athlete: You move fast, listen well, learn faster, and consistently turn conversations into revenue.
- Ideal Background
We don’t care where you “should” have come from. We care about trajectory and proof of excellence.
- Over-performance in whatever you’ve done so far
- Comfortable around technical, skeptical people
- Comfortable selling something unproven
- Thrives in fast, ambiguous environments
- Proven ability to make something from nothing
If you’ve built from scratch before or sold a new category, even better.
Why Now
AI is rewriting software development.
But shipping still breaks on testing.
Engineering leaders are desperate to release faster without lowering quality.
They can’t do it with manual QA or brittle test automation.
They will need autonomous agents, full stop.
Five years from now, every high-velocity team will depend on AI-native QA. We’re building the platform that gets them there and would love for you to join us.
