Job Description

Join Us in Building the AI Operating System for Private Equity

At Capsa AI, we’re on a mission to transform how private equity firms source, analyse, and win deals. Our AI operating system accelerates due diligence, unlocks deeper insights, and helps funds focus on what matters — creating value.

We’re lean, ambitious, and obsessed with building a category-defining company. In just 12 months, we’ve grown ARR by 15x, achieved product–market fit with leading multi-billion-pound PE firms, and expanded across the US, UK, and Europe. Backed by top VCs and senior PE execs from Warburg Pincus, KKR, and Goldman Sachs, we’re just getting started.

  • Role: Head of Sales EMEA
  • Location: London, UK (Hybrid, in-person 4 days per week)
  • Experience Required: 5-10 years in B2B SaaS sales, 3+ years in leadership
  • Network Required: Proven track record of selling into private equity, private credit, or institutional investment firms in EMEA, with an established network of senior decision-makers in these markets
  • Compensation: £100–120k base / £200–240k OTE (uncapped) + Generous ESOP

What You Will Own

As Head of Sales EMEA, you’ll be both player and coach — closing complex enterprise deals while building a high-performing sales organisation. You’ll design and execute our go-to-market playbook for the EMEA region, expand our footprint with strategic accounts, and set the pace for growth in one of the most exciting B2B AI categories today.

  • Design the regional GTM playbook: Define market entry and expansion strategy across EMEA
  • Own the number: Deliver EMEA revenue targets with full regional accountability
  • Lead from the front: Personally close strategic deals (£100k–£1m+ ARR) and open new markets
  • Build the team: Recruit, develop, and inspire top-tier enterprise sellers
  • Scale the process: Implement enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC or similar) to drive repeatable wins
  • Collaborate deeply: Work with the CEO and product to refine positioning and accelerate deal cycles
  • Represent Capsa AI: At industry events, in boardrooms, and with C-suite decision-makers
  • Feed insights back: Shape product direction based on market and client feedback

Why Join Capsa AI?

  • Exceptional traction: 15x ARR growth in 12 months, PMF with top PE funds managing over £60bn AUM
  • Category leadership: Defining the AI operating system for private capital markets
  • High-impact role: Direct line to the CEO, shaping our GTM and building the EMEA sales engine
  • Upside: Uncapped commission, generous equity, and the chance to scale a company from early stage to market leader

Who You Are

  • A proven enterprise SaaS closer, ideally in financial services or private capital
  • Experienced in £500k+ ARR deal cycles with multi-stakeholder negotiations
  • Possess a proven network of senior executives in private equity and private capital funds, with direct experience selling into these organisations and navigating their buying processes
  • A player-coach — equally comfortable in the boardroom and on the front line with clients
  • Energised by founder-led, high-velocity startup environments
  • A recruiter and team-builder who knows hiring is your biggest multiplier

Additional Perks

  • Private healthcare through Bupa
  • One month per year remote working
  • 25 days of annual leave + public holidays
  • Pension contribution - Capsa AI contributes 3% and employee contributes 5% on qualifying earnings
  • Budget for setting up your home office
  • You can participate in a generous recruitment referral scheme if you help us to hire
