About Antler
Antler is a global early‑stage VC firm that partners with exceptional founders from day zero to build impactful, scalable companies. We believe exceptional companies are built by exceptional people, often before an idea, team, or company exists. Our role is to find those people early, surround them with the right co‑founders, capital, and conviction, and help them build ambitious, venture‑scale businesses from scratch. In the UK, we are building one of the most active and hands‑on early‑stage investment firms in the ecosystem, backing founders from inception through to scale. Founded in 2017, Antler now operates in 27 cities across six continents. Globally, we've helped create and invest in over 1,500 companies and supported more than 10,000 founders, with the ambition to back thousands more over the coming decade.
About the Role
Our founder experience mission is to deliver a life‑changing experience for every founder we work with, from the moment we scout them, through residency, investment, and well beyond. Every touchpoint matters. Every interaction counts. We are looking for a Founder Experience Analyst to help us deliver on that mission. Working closely with our VP of Founder Experience, you will contribute across community, events, operations, and partnerships to ensure every founder who comes into contact with Antler in the UK feels the difference. This is a people‑first, hands‑on role. It is not an investment role and is not suited to candidates looking to move into investing.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to the experience of founders across every stage of their Antler journey, from scouting and residency through to investment and beyond.
- Support Antler's founder‑facing communities, including our residency and portfolio network, Antler Next Gen, and Jnr VC Drinks.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding for community members, including surveys and feedback collection.
- Support the planning and execution of community events and meetups, end‑to‑end.
- Use and improve tools including HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, Slack, and Claude to manage engagement and track outcomes.
- Support the investment team with community impact reporting and help founders connect with the right resources and networks.
- Identify partners, whether speakers, mentors, or service providers, whose involvement directly benefits our founders.
- Spot event and sponsorship opportunities that extend our reach and impact.
What We're Looking For
We don’t expect you to tick every box. If this excites you, we’d love to hear from you.
- 2+ years of experience in community, operations, or founder‑facing roles.
- A natural connector who builds genuine relationships and makes people feel looked after.
- Excited about founders, startups, and the VC ecosystem.
- Organised, proactive, and dependable.
- Comfortable with tools like Slack, Notion, and HubSpot, or genuinely motivated to learn them fast.
- High agency: you see what needs doing and you do it.
This role is not suited to candidates from investment banking, financial services, or research backgrounds.
What We Offer
- A direct role in delivering what we believe should be a life‑changing experience for every founder we work with.
- Exposure across the full founder journey, from scouting to residency to portfolio.
- A chance to build a strong personal network across the founder and VC community.
- £37,500 salary with 23 days annual leave plus public holidays, and the week between Christmas and New Year off.
