About Noxus:
Noxus is building the process intelligence layer for the age of AI labour. We help regulated enterprises redesign and run complex operations with AI workers. These workers read inbound requests, understand documents, gather evidence across systems, apply policies, request approvals when needed, and write outcomes back into core operational tools with full traceability. We are built for legacy-heavy environments where critical work runs across various platforms and bespoke internal software.
The role:
We are hiring a Partnerships & Field Marketer to build the partner-led and field-led marketing motion for Noxus. This role is crucial as partners help us reach the right accounts, create credibility, shape transformation agendas, and support enterprise adoption. Your job is to turn partners, events, roundtables, executive dinners, webinars, and account-based field programs into qualified pipeline and deal acceleration.
What you will do:
- Build and run partner marketing programs with certified partners, consultancies, system integrators, BPOs, and ecosystem partners.
- Plan and execute field programs including executive roundtables, private dinners, partner events, webinars, workshops, and account-based experiences.
- Create campaigns that help Noxus earn trust with senior buyers in regulated enterprises.
- Work with Sales to identify target accounts, priority buying committees, and the right field motions for each segment.
- Work with partners to create joint messaging, event themes, co-branded assets, webinar content, and co-sell materials.
- Own event execution from concept to invite strategy, agenda, speaker coordination, follow-up, and pipeline reporting.
- Build repeatable playbooks for executive events, partner webinars, field campaigns, and co-marketing motions.
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure every field and partner campaign has a sharp buyer argument.
- Partner with Growth Marketing to connect field activity to account engagement, outbound, nurture, and sales follow-up.
- Track partner-influenced pipeline, event-sourced meetings, account progression, attendance quality, and post-event opportunity creation.
What we are looking for:
- 2–5 years in partner marketing, field marketing, events marketing, ecosystem marketing, ABM, or B2B campaign marketing.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, AI, automation, cloud, data, consulting, fintech, or regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of how enterprise buyers build trust before entering a serious sales process.
- Experience running high-quality B2B events, roundtables, webinars, or partner campaigns.
- Ability to work closely with Sales on account targeting, invite strategy, follow-up, and pipeline creation.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong writing skills for invites, event abstracts, partner copy, landing pages, follow-up emails, and sales briefs.
- Commercial orientation: you care about meetings, account progression, pipeline influence, and revenue impact.
- Comfortable managing external partners, speakers, venues, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Hands-on, organized, and comfortable building from zero.
Why join Noxus:
- Build the partner and field marketing motion from the ground up.
- Work on a category-defining AI company selling into serious enterprise buyers.
- Create the programs that help Noxus earn trust in regulated markets.
- Partner directly with founders, Sales, Growth, Product Marketing, and ecosystem partners.
- Build high-quality demand programs where depth matters more than volume.
- High ownership, high visibility, and meaningful equity upside.
- Office-first role in London or Lisbon.
