We’re looking for a hands‑on Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale Twirl’s paid acquisition efforts, with Google Search as the primary channel. We’re looking for someone who understands the full acquisition journey, from creative testing and ad copy to landing pages, conversion tracking and revenue generation. Google Ads is already a meaningful growth channel for us, but we believe there is significant opportunity to improve efficiency, strengthen our systems and scale sustainably over time. You’ll work closely with the founder and have direct ownership over one of the most important growth levers in the business.
Key Responsibilities- Own and optimise full Google Ads performance, Meta ads and LinkedIn ads (currently retargeting only)
- Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and acquisition efficiency
- Monitor campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
- Manage budgets responsibly while maintaining profitability
- Develop and test new messaging angles and ad copy
- Coordinate or create lightweight creative assets
- Improve landing page performance and conversion rates
- Build a structured experimentation process across ads, creatives, and landing pages
- Strong experience in B2B digital/performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech scale‑ups
- Strong experience managing budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, and remarketing platforms
- Deep understanding of full‑funnel marketing, attribution models, conversion metrics, CAC, LTV, and ROI reporting
- Proficient in marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics and other relevant MarTech solutions
