They're looking for a VP of Antibody Development to take ownership of how programmes move from discovery through in vivo and into partner-ready assets, with a clear path through to CSO. This is a role for someone who wants real scientific influence, not just oversight.
What you'll actually be doing:
- Owning progression of internal and partnered programmes from hit through to in vivo validation
- Defining and prioritising pipeline strategy, making clear, data-driven decisions
- Designing and overseeing in vivo studies, working closely with CROs
- Translating in vitro data into strong in vivo hypotheses
- Driving optimisation to ensure assets are genuinely ready for downstream development and partnering
- Managing CROs across timelines, budgets and quality
- Working closely with leadership on broader scientific strategy
- Acting as a key external face of the science, with partners, investors and the wider network
- Playing a big part in building out the team over time

- 12–20+ years in antibody therapeutics or biologics R&D
- PhD in a relevant field
- Proven track record of progressing programmes
