Antiverse are an AI-driven biotech in Cardiff that is scaling quickly and now looking for someone to take ownership of their people function. You will be joining at a point where there is real opportunity to shape how the company operates as it grows, working closely with leadership and having a direct impact on culture, structure and team development.
This is a broad HR generalist role with full ownership across the employee lifecycle. You will:
- Manage HR operations, compliance and policies
- Support hiring and onboarding
- Partner with managers on performance and development
- Handle employee relations and day-to-day HR support
- Own HR systems and people data
- Build scalable processes as the business grows
- Support the Cardiff office on-site
What they are looking for
- 3–7+ years’ experience as an HR Generalist
- Strong experience across the full employee lifecycle, including HR operations, employee relations and recruitment support
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and compliance
- Comfortable being hands-on in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Confident working directly with leadership and senior stakeholders
- Experience using HR systems such as HiBob, BambooHR, Rippling or similar
- Able to work full-time on-site in Cardiff

- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
