We are seeking an experienced, adaptable and hands‑on HR Generalist (People & Culture Lead) to join us onsite in our Cardiff office. This is a broad HR generalist role with visibility to the leadership team, covering the full employee lifecycle, people operations, culture, performance, compliance, and day‑to‑day on‑site support.
Culture and Values:
- Own the outcome: We take responsibility for the result, not just the task. We act with urgency, clarity and accountability, especially when the work is hard, ambiguous or cross‑functional.
- Speak with care: We communicate clearly, honestly and constructively. We say the hard thing when it matters, but we do so with kindness, respect and care.
- Lead with curiosity: We are building in a space where many answers do not yet exist. We stay curious, challenge assumptions and follow the evidence.
- Build the system: We turn insight into repeatable capability. We create systems that make great work easier, faster and more robust for everyone.
- Protect yourself first: We cannot protect the mission, the science or each other if we do not first protect our own capacity to think, care and contribute.
