About Antithesis
We’re on a mission to redefine how modern distributed systems are tested and released. Our platform is trusted by engineering teams who demand rock-solid reliability, scalable performance, and deep technical visibility. Our platform doesn’t just assure system correctness and reliability; it exists because developers need something better. If you’ve ever experienced the pain of a production outage, had a bad week on-call, or had a release delayed by weeks because of one killer bug – you’ll understand exactly why we’re doing what we do. If you're passionate about developer-first products, system resilience, and correctness, we’d love to talk.

About the Role
We’re hiring our first Senior Field Marketing Manager for EMEA, based in London. You’ll own regional strategy, budget, and execute end-to-end trade shows, developer summits, and community programs, while partnering closely with Sales and Developer Education to grow the pipeline and strengthen our developer community across the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Own regional strategy and planning by contributing to the annual and quarterly events calendar and budget for the EMEA region, aligning with global priorities and local market needs.
  • Lead event execution, managing end-to-end planning for trade shows, conferences, meetups, and sponsorships—including logistics, vendor management, equipment, catering, travel, collateral, and swag.
  • Drive community engagement by partnering with Developer Education to support grassroots programs, meetups, and champion networks that foster adoption and strengthen Antithesis’s developer community.
  • Adapt global programs for the region, localizing marketing initiatives to ensure cultural, language, and compliance alignment within the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, partnering with Sales to drive pipeline creation and acceleration, and with Marketing teams to plan pre-, during-, and post-event engagement programs.
  • Measure and optimize by tracking performance, budgets, and ROI of all regional programs, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support flagship events by contributing to Antithesis’s global initiatives, including bi-annual internal company-wide events and the user conference, Bug Bash, occasionally traveling to the United States.
  • Travel up to 50% during peak conference season (average 25–30% annually), primarily across EMEA.

Why Join Us?
Be the first in-region hire for EMEA field marketing while also touching global moments, like Bug Bash. Antithesis solves a problem every engineer has lived through: the 2am page, the release killed by one bug nobody could reproduce. Easy product to get behind. Run the regional budget day to day, with real say over where it goes and what it's spent on. When you’re not on the road, you’re in the London office (near Tower Bridge) with awesome teammates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of field marketing or demand generation experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, or cloud industries.
  • Proven success executing regional marketing programs that drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline growth.
  • Strong experience managing events of all sizes — from grassroots meetups to large-scale conferences.
  • Hands-on expertise with event sponsorships, including contract negotiation, vendor management, and deliverables.
  • Familiarity with EMEA market dynamics, cultural nuances, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects against tight deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Developer Education teams.
  • Experience using marketing technologies such as Salesforce and Marketo (preferred, not required).
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Passion for developer communities and distributed systems.
  • Based in London and available to work in the office five days a week when not traveling for events.
