Overview
On a daily basis carry out multi‑skilled engineering tasks that would predominately be mechanical but would include gas systems, refrigeration, electrical, drainage and basic building in any Trust premises and be exposed to occupational hazards pertaining from these elements.
Payment and Premiums
- £3,000 Recruitment Premium lump sum on commencement of your employment.
- £1,500 Retention Premium (pro‑rate) per annum, paid in equal monthly instalments provided you remain in post.
Responsibilities
- Carry out multi‑skilled engineering tasks across the Trust premises.
- Work with gas systems, refrigeration, electrical, drainage and basic building work.
- Support a reliable, high quality, flexible, proactive customer orientated service.
- When visiting Mental Health units make allowances for the clients condition with regards to their level of disability and act in a kind, caring and positive manner.
- Use tools and equipment in a conscientious manner.
Qualifications
- A recognised training course in Plumbing must have been attended or currently attending.
