This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, registered nurse with an interest in renal living kidney donation to join our rapidly expanding renal specialist team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, innovative care and supporting the development of this growing service.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standard of care for living kidney donors.
- Oversee donor assessments within Dorset and Somerset, maintaining close collaboration with national transplant centres.
- Lead a consistent and integrated approach to patient care.
- Apply excellent communication, organisational, prioritisation and time‑management skills, and demonstrate experience in change management and service development.
- Work autonomously and as part of a team, showcasing flexibility in approach.
- Adapt to flexible working hours as required to meet service demands.
- Maintain a clean driving licence (desirable).
