The Antique Buying Collective is looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. We help customers across the UK sell antiques, jewellery, watches, silver, coins, and collectables through a trusted, expert-led service. Working alongside renowned antiques expert Eric Knowles, we combine traditional knowledge with a modern customer experience.
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Following up on leads and supporting conversions
- Maintaining accurate CRM and customer records
- Supporting the wider valuations and operations teams
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the customer journey
Confidence speaking on the phone is essential. Previous sales, customer service, or retail experience is preferred. An interest in antiques, jewellery, or collectables is beneficial but not essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
