The Antique Buying Collective is looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
We help customers across the UK sell antiques, jewellery, watches, silver, coins, and collectables through a trusted, expert-led service. Working alongside renowned antiques expert Eric Knowles, we combine traditional knowledge with a modern customer experience.
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Following up on leads and supporting conversions
- Maintaining accurate CRM and customer records
- Supporting the wider valuations and operations teams
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the customer journey
Confidence speaking on the phone is essential.
