Company Description
We help customers across the UK sell antiques, jewellery, watches, silver, coins, and collectables through a trusted, expert-led service. Working alongside renowned antiques expert Eric Knowles, we combine traditional knowledge with a modern customer experience.
Role Description
This role would suit someone who enjoys speaking with people, is highly organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Guiding customers through our valuation and selling process
- Following up on leads and supporting conversions
- Maintaining accurate CRM and customer records
- Supporting the wider valuations and operations teams
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the customer journey
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking on the phone
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Previous sales, customer service, or retail experience preferred
- An interest in antiques, jewellery, or collectables is beneficial but not essential
