Trusts and Foundations Manager

C&C Search is currently recruiting for a part-time Trusts and Foundations Manager for a fantastic not-for-profit organisation based north of Central London. Flexible working is offered.

About the Role and Company

Position: Trusts and Foundations Manager (Part-time role / 3 days a week)

Salary: £40,000 – £42,500 (FTE)

Hybrid setup: Flexible working offered

Organisation type: Not-for-profit

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintaining and managing relationships with a portfolio of trusts and foundation donors
2. Coordinating research, creating presentation decks, and writing proposals
3. Identifying new opportunities, engaging stakeholders, and supporting the team

Candidate Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector
2. Ability to manage the full fundraising cycle
3. Strong skills in relationship development, research, and project management
