C&C Search is recruiting an experienced EA to join a boutique private equity firm based in Mayfair. As EA, you will provide 1:1 support to a busy Partner and undertake office management duties to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
Position: EA
Salary: £65,000-£70,000
Hybrid set up: 5 days in the office

Key responsibilities for this EA/Office Manager role:
- Extensive diary management (personal and professional)
- Full inbox management
- Scheduling global meetings across different time zones often with last minute changes
- Board meeting planning and preparation
- Full documentation preparation, assisting with agendas, presentations etc.
- Arranging complex international travel in the UK, Africa, Asia and Europe
- Being the main gatekeeper and point of contact for key stakeholders
- Planning and preparation for conferences, events and speaking engagements
- Office management duties; ensuring the smooth running of the office, overseeing maintenance/facilities/IT, being the main point of contact for all external suppliers and maintaining those key relationships, as well as onboarding/offboarding, team events and ad hoc admin.
