Job Duties:
- Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure architecture across corporate IT, 5G network, systems, and cloud environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Manage network, systems, virtualization, storage, and Microsoft 365 environments (including hybrid identity).
- Oversee infrastructure operations, monitoring, and performance optimization, including tools such as Grafana, Zabbix, PRTG, and Nagios.
- Drive incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure adherence to ITSM processes.
- Implement security best practices, including segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, and NAC, as well as system hardening, vulnerability management, patching, and compliance requirements.
- Manage PAM/SIEM onboarding, operational governance, and infrastructure lifecycle documentation.
- Lead and develop a high-performing infrastructure and end-user computing team, including L1/L2 support.
- Manage team performance, workload allocation, coaching, and talent development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT infrastructure with business needs and service expectations.
- Deliver infrastructure projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Manage vendors, contracts, and SLA performance.
- Support technology evaluation, roadmap planning, and RFP/tender activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 10–12 years of IT infrastructure experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience in network technologies (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, NAC).
- Experience with enterprise solutions (e.g. Cisco, Palo Alto (must), Fortinet, Microsoft).
- Solid background in systems & infrastructure (Windows/Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, M365, storage).
- Familiar with monitoring tools, backup solutions, and ITSM platforms.
- Experience in security implementation, system hardening, and compliance environments.
- Exposure to cloud (Azure/AWS) and container technologies is an advantage.
- Familiar with industry standards (e.g. ISO 27001, IMDA TCS, CCoP).
- Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, RHCE, VCP); cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in regulated industries preferred.
- Able to engage and present to Senior Management and C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
