Join our Belfast branch and become part of one of the UKs largest providers of industrial components. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to support our team. Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Salary: £23,200 per annum. Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with an early finish on Fridays. What Youll Do: Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person at the trade counter. Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently. Use our computer systems to track orders, check stock, and manage customer accounts. Handle light warehouse duties, including checking goods in and preparing items for dispatch. Occasionally deliver goods to customers in the absence of our Van Driver. What We Offer: Salary: £23,200 per annum.
