The opportunity
Antidote is a modern wellness brand operating inside some of London’s best corporate and residential spaces. We create beautifully executed wellness experiences across some of London’s best spaces. Our environments combine gyms, recovery facilities, spa spaces, classes, workshops, events and community-led experiences, all designed around modern urban wellbeing.
Alongside our wellness offering, Antidote is entering an exciting new phase with the launch of our apparel brand, Antidote Apparel, building a brand world that extends beyond physical spaces into lifestyle driven, elevated pieces. You will be on-site across our locations capturing the energy of real sessions, real people and real spaces, and turning that into content that helps build one of London’s most desirable wellness brands.
This is a hands-on creative role, not a remote scheduling position. You’ll regularly be on-site across our venues capturing sessions, events, instructors, community moments and apparel storytelling as they happen. The role is hybrid, with flexibility to edit and manage content remotely, but we’re looking for someone who enjoys being on the ground creating, filming and shaping the visual identity of the brand in real time.
What you’ll be doing
- Shooting and editing reels and short-form video content across our venues
- Building and maintaining Antidote’s Instagram presence
- Supporting growth through content that is engaging, aspirational and shareable
- Working closely with instructors, trainers, talent and community members
- Supporting launches, events, partnerships and campaign moments
- Helping develop the visual direction, aesthetic and tone of the brand
- Creating elevated lifestyle and apparel-focused content aligned with modern wellness and fashion storytelling
- Supporting the launch and ongoing growth of Antidote apparel through campaign, product and behind-the-scenes content
- Collaborating on creative concepts, shoots and content ideas inspired by leading wellness and activewear brands
- Managing influencer and partner outreach for collaborations
- Identifying opportunities for community and brand partnerships
- Supporting strategic social media management, content planning and platform growth
What we’re looking for
- Strong eye for content, branding and visual storytelling
- Strong instincts for Instagram, Reels and contemporary social culture
- Excellent short-form editing skills
- Ability to identify content opportunities quickly
- Affinity for boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, lifestyle or fashion brands
- Portfolio demonstrating community-led, editorial or aesthetic-led content
- Comfortable filming in live environments and confidently engaging with instructors, members and guests to capture content
- Experience creating content for wellness, apparel, hospitality, lifestyle, luxury or similar brands
- Experience shooting fashion, activewear, lifestyle or product content, whether in studio, on-location or fast-paced live environments
- Understanding of elevated wellness and apparel aesthetics, with awareness of other brands in our space, both in the wellness events space and athleisurewear
- Experience supporting social media strategy, content calendars, campaign execution or audience growth is a strong plus
