Build Your PT Business with Antidote

Antidote LDN is looking for ambitious, experienced Freelance Personal Trainers to join our growing team across some of London's most prestigious residential and corporate wellness spaces.

This is an opportunity to build a successful PT business without the traditional costs and limitations of working in a commercial gym.

You'll have access to high-quality facilities, affluent residential and corporate clients, qualified leads and ongoing commercial support — allowing you to focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional coaching and building long-term client relationships.

Why Join Antidote?

No Rent or Monthly Fees
Keep more of what you earn with our zero-rent model. No monthly gym fees and no requirement to work unpaid gym-floor hours.

Paid Lead Generation
We don't just tell you to go and find clients. You'll be supported with structured lead-generation opportunities, including paid activity designed to help you build your client base.

High-Quality Client Base
Work within luxury residential and corporate environments and build relationships with residents, professionals and corporate clients who are looking for a premium fitness experience.

Sales & Marketing Support
Our team generates opportunities for you while providing ongoing support with converting enquiries, consultations and taster sessions into paying clients.

Ongoing Commercial Coaching
You'll receive 1:1 support from our Commercial Manager, alongside sales training and guidance to help you improve your conversion, retention and overall earning potential.

Lucrative Earning Potential
Our established Freelance PTs have the opportunity to earn £45,000–£65,000+ per year, depending on client numbers, availability and utilisation.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for PTs who are:

  • Experienced & Qualified – A recognised Personal Training qualification and experience working with clients is essential.
  • Commercially Driven – You're passionate about coaching but also understand the importance of building and retaining a successful PT business.
  • Client-Focused – You deliver a premium, professional experience and build strong long-term relationships.
  • Proactive & Reliable – You take ownership of your diary, clients and business while making the most of the opportunities provided by Antidote.
  • Flexible & Mobile – Comfortable working across our luxury residential and corporate locations in Central London.
  • Fully Compliant – Valid First Aid, DBS, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance are required.

Why Antidote?

We believe freelance PT shouldn't mean paying rent for access to a gym and then being left to find every client yourself.

Our model is designed to give ambitious trainers the facilities, leads, support and commercial guidance they need to build a sustainable and successful PT business.

If you're an experienced PT looking for a better environment to grow your business, we'd love to hear from you.
