Our environments combine gyms, recovery facilities, spa spaces, classes, workshops, events and community-led experiences, all designed around modern urban wellbeing.
You will be on-site across our locations capturing the energy of real sessions, real people and real spaces, and turning that into content that helps build one of London’s most desirable wellness brands.
This is a hands‑on creative role, not a remote scheduling position.
You’ll regularly be on-site across our venues capturing sessions, events, instructors, community moments as they happen.
The role is hybrid, with flexibility to edit and manage content remotely, but we’re looking for someone who enjoys being on the ground creating, filming and shaping the visual identity of the brand in real time.
What you’ll be doing Lead photography and videography across all Antidote locations, capturing premium brand content.
Shoot and edit high-quality short‑form video, photography and campaign assets.
Plan weekly content around launches, events and key business priorities.
Write engaging captions aligned with Antidote’s tone of voice.
Manage and maintain Antidote’s Instagram presence.
Monitor content performance and provide reporting and recommendations (with support from our marketing team).
Support launches, partnerships and community campaigns.
Collaborate with instructors, trainers and members to create authentic content.
Help evolve the visual identity and creative direction of the brand.
What we’re looking for Strong photography and videography background with an exceptional eye for composition, lighting, branding and visual storytelling.
Strong instincts for Instagram, Reels and contemporary social culture.
Excellent editing skills (Premiere Pro, Adobe, Final Cut or Da Vinci Resolve or similar).
Ability to identify content opportunities quickly.
Demonstrable experience creating content for boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
Portfolio demonstrating high‑quality photography and videography across community‑led, editorial, lifestyle or brand content.
Confident operating cameras and capturing both photo and video in live environments while directing talent where needed.
