Alongside this, you will help coordinate the systems and platforms that underpin our marketing and member communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver marketing campaigns across Antidote’s sites and services
  • Create and manage flyers, posters, digital assets and other marketing collateral (often tailored to specific clients or locations)
  • Manage email communications and workflows through HubSpot (core part of the role)
  • Support and contribute to social media activity, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Coordinate blogs and wider brand communications
  • Assist with the setup and ongoing management of marketing platforms (including Glofox and HubSpot)
  • Help set up services, classes, memberships and marketing journeys within platforms
  • Support basic troubleshooting and coordination of platform-related issues
  • Manage and organise marketing data, contact lists and campaign tracking
  • Work closely with internal teams to promote services including PT, reformer Pilates, swim, massage and wider wellbeing offers
  • Help coordinate photoshoots, videography and content creation
  • Contribute to maintaining consistency across Antidote’s brand and communications

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a marketing role with hands-on use of HubSpot (essential)
  • Experience managing or contributing to social media channels (particularly LinkedIn and/or Instagram)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident producing marketing materials using tools such as Canva, Adobe or Indesign
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and requests across different sites
  • Proactive, reliable and willing to take ownership of tasks
  • Comfortable working across both creative and administrative aspects of marketing
  • Experience with platforms such as Mailchimp or similar is a plus
  • Experience with Glofox (or similar systems) is helpful but not essential — training will be provided
  • London-based and able to work in a hybrid way
